Sign-up today, move in tomorrow. There are no start up costs, no VAT, lengthy negotiations or legal costs at Eden House. Our suites are let on short term licences*, giving your business the flexibility to expand or downsize within Eden House to suit your changing business needs.
Various packages are available for our private, self-contained suites with individual capacities of up to six persons per suite. For larger businesses, multiple suites are available.
In addition to these facilities, we also take complete care of building insurance, cleaning, maintenance and repairs. Business rates are included in the rental fee, in addition to mail handling and the support of our professional service team.
We can also connect you with local businesses with whom we have successful business partnerships, offering you a variety of pay as you use services such as secretarial and IT support, catering, courier, translation and relocation services and the provision of on-site self storage facilities for your personal and business needs.
